Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SofaPlanet Ireland website and any purchase made through it, by phone, or via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or by phone. An order is confirmed once we have acknowledged receipt and agreed delivery details with you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We offer free delivery across Ireland. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Cancellations

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To cancel, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

6. Payment

Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp or phone.

7. Limitation of Liability

SofaPlanet Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
